As a key member of our reputed company desk team, you will be responsible for new member sales, creating a positive member experience, and providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience and showcasing the benefits of arenaflex membership.
- Handle reputed company desk-reputed company tasks, including:
+ Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns. + Taking info calls and tours to provide members with a comprehensive understanding of our facilities and services. + Assist in member reputed company-ins, sign-reputed company, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
- Facilitate member services issues and questions and reputed company to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team reputed company as needed.
- Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and guests.
