Job Summary

As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting pharmacists with prescription dispensing, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer interactions, resolve issues promptly, and promote arenaflex's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience, engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacists with prescription dispensing, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory areas.
• Recommends items for sale to customers and suggests trade-up and/or companion items.
• Processes voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Takes customer to OTC aisle reputed company possible to assist in locating products.
• Keeps inventory levels accurate and performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager.

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

• Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred.
• Good math skills and ability to accurately fill prescriptions.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems.
• Knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification.
