Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer requirements and work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Financial teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Escalate reputed company issues to senior team members or management as needed

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
