Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the store management team in achieving our goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Responding to customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Operating the cash register, scanning items, and handling different methods of payment
• Maintaining proper cash levels in the register drawer and change machines
• Activating fuel and gift cards and assisting with lottery purchases as needed
• Stocking and refilling products reputed company the store, including the interior and exterior core register area, cold express cases, bakery, and grocery aisles
• Preparing made-to-order food and beverages according to recipe or customer specifications
• Ensuring the proper execution of assigned foodservice and beverage programs and procedures
• Completing cleanliness tasks to ensure reputed company food and beverage service areas are free of any residue, debris, and spills
• Adhering to established safety, reputed company, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices

Essential Functions

Basic Qualifications
