Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision to fulfill lives every day. Your primary duties will include:
- Greeting and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for reputed company customers
- Responding to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Utilizing the GREAT customer service and customer recovery model to ensure customer engagement
- Communicating with the management team regarding customer requests and concerns
- Operating the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and properly handling different methods of payment
- Maintaining proper cash levels in the register drawer and change machines
- Activating fuel and gift cards and assisting with lottery purchases as needed
- Complying with federal and state laws by requesting personal identification from customers who are purchasing restricted products such as tobacco and/or alcohol
- Stocking and refilling products reputed company the interior and exterior core register area, cold express cases, bakery, and grocery aisles
- Performing customer fuel transactions and monitoring activities at the fuel court
- Preparing reputed company made-to-order food and/or beverages according to recipe or customer specifications
- Stocking food and beverage areas with products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at reputed company times
- Ensuring the proper execution of assigned foodservice and beverage programs and procedures
