Position Overview
Job Title: Gift Processing & Data Entry Specialist (Reference #824896) Location: Cleveland, OH (On‑site) Employment Type: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Compensation: $20 – $22 per hour (commensurate with experience) Reporting To: Development Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
As a Gift Processing & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our donor management workflow. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly donation totals; generate custom reports for the Development team, finance department, and senior leadership.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of donor records, identify duplicates or errors, and implement corrective actions to maintain a clean database.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fundraising coordinators, grant managers, and finance staff to gather missing information, resolve discrepancies, and support campaign initiatives.
