Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure seamless order processing. With a focus on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology

  • Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
