Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Mastering our call script to provide professional and authentic interactions with customers
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to continuously grow and reputed company as a professional
- Maintaining accurate customer database information for seamless communication and personalized service
- Coordinating with reputed company and managers to ensure smooth coordination of service appointments and timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service through reputed company responses, issue resolution, and courteous interactions

Requirements
