Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support & Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing live chat and email inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer journey and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Providing video calls to new customers using reputed company and reputed company
- Escalating customer support tickets to dedicated teams
- Representing arenaflex in virtual and networking sessions
- Utilizing customer feedback to create new reputed company and improve our services
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a customer experience role, with a focus on delivering exceptional support experiences
