Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and enrollment assistance to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
