Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex's Virtual reputed company Warehouse, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to reputed company safety guidelines and regulations
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing and distribution of customer orders
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to reputed company job requirements and safety guidelines in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
