Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they reputed company at the airport. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting them with their ticketing and baggage reputed company-in processes
- Ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation and information to complete their travel plans
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
- Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority and the flight schedule

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
