Job Summary
As a Bilingual Korean Medicare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving reputed company issues with reputed company and professionalism. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to Medicare clients reputed company phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

- Meet performance expectations, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and company initiatives

- Handle primarily inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls to clients and partners

Requirements

- Proficiency with computers and web-based systems, including CRM software and other industry-specific tools
- Ability to work from home, providing your own equipment (Desktop/Laptop, Second Monitor, high-speed internet)
