Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as Temporary Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a temporary, remote role that will reputed company in June 2025, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in our company database
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Customer service or call center experience in an office setting
- Basic computer proficiency required
- A welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to think critically and solve problems independently
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management

Schedule and Pay
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you can expect:
- Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Pay up to $16.18/hr
