Your Day at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Associate in our Tool Rental department, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming Customers: Greet customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Assisting Customers: Help customers locate and handle merchandise, process orders and deliveries accurately, and cross-functionally train in other areas of the store.
- Preparing Merchandise: Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs, such as tinting and mixing paint, cutting and threading pipe, cutting and bundling reputed company, cutting drywall, and cutting blinds.
- Guiding Customers: Guide customers through shopping or checkout, ensuring they receive the right products and services for their needs.
- Completing Other Duties: reputed company other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
- Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
- Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
- Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., reputed company and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle reputed company, cut drywall, cut blinds).
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
- Able to reputed company duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to reputed company job duties.
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
- Bi-lingual skills.

Travel Requirements
This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.
Working Conditions

Lifting Methods
