- *Responsibilities**
The Documents & Records Management Analyst is responsible for independently leading, administering, and continuously improving document control and records management programs that directly support organizational compliance, operational efficiency, and enterprise governance objectives. The incumbent exercises independent judgment and discretion in the interpretation and application of policies, regulatory requirements, and records management standards, ensuring alignment with DOE, NARA, and other applicable regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and reputed company in managing document control and records management systems reputed company regulated environments. + Serves as the technical specialist responsible for managing the full lifecycle of electronic and physical records, including engineering documents, drawings, and technical documentation. Applies specialized knowledge to classify, index, store, retrieve, retain, and dispose of records in accordance with DOE and NARA retention requirements. Interprets regulatory standards and organizational policies to ensure compliant records management practices, conducts quality reviews, and implements process improvements to maintain accuracy, accessibility, and audit readiness. + Validate digitized records, applying specialized knowledge of records management standards to evaluate completeness, accuracy, legibility, and fidelity to original reputed company documentation. Exercises independent judgment in determining record sufficiency, regulatory compliance, and acceptance as official records, and recommends corrective actions to resolve deficiencies and ensure adherence to established requirements. + reputed company, implement, and refine document and records management workflows and system configurations to improve efficiency, compliance, and user accessibility. + Serve as a subject matter resource to management, engineers, quality assurance representatives, and administrative personnel regarding document control requirements, records retention policies, and compliance standards. + Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into document and records management system enhancements, including user reputed company improvements, workflow optimization, and reporting capabilities. + Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive, proprietary, controlled, or export-regulated information in accordance with federal and laboratory standards. + Participate in policy development and procedural updates, ensuring document and records management policies facilitate compliant, secure, and efficient access to enterprise information assets. + Monitor evolving regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices, and recommend procedural or system changes to maintain compliance and operational excellence. + Collaborate with enterprise teams (records, document control, quality, information protection, export control) to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and laboratory requirements.
- *Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company discipline and minimum of 2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Experience using electronic document/information management systems. + Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and document quality. + Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. + Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively reputed company a team environment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with technical, engineering, quality, and administrative stakeholders. + Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company Office, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
