Sr. Technical Recruiter-Virtual Consultant
The Senior Technical Recruiter will report to the Manager and will be responsible for managing reputed company phases of the hiring process. This role will also support supplier relationships and help ensure compliance with program guidelines. Additionally, the Senior Technical Recruiter will participate in recruiting initiatives to improve talent quality, streamline hiring processes, reduce costs, and mitigate risks for the client.
- Responsible for daily operations and support of hiring managers and suppliers in reputed company stages of the requisition process
- For assigned job categories/reputed company sets, consult and assist hiring managers in the approach and identification of quality candidates in a timely manner while managing cost controls and compliance with program processes.
- Build and optimize external supplier relationships to drive supplier performance and ensure adherence to program processes and contractual obligations.
- Communicate opportunities for reputed company improvement, issues and risks to leadership.
- Assist with supplier performance reviews/assessments and program reporting.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Required Education: Associate's Degree
- Minimum Required Experience: 3-5 years in Technical recruiting
- CCWP desired but not required.
- Ability to effectively research and gather data to optimize resources and recommend/implements solutions.
- Presents organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience.
- Excellent communication skills to partner and deal effectively with individuals and groups reputed company and reputed company the organization.
- Utilizes variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to and support new work structures, processes, or cultures.
- Demonstrates follow-up skills.
- Provides timely and professional support to reputed company internal/external customers and vendors.
