Creating a career you love? It’s Possible. The Commercial Legal Team at reputed company negotiates reputed company’s inbound and supplier agreements. We are looking for a Commercial Counsel with a strong background in negotiating reputed company real estate and workplace services agreements and commercial transactions to join reputed company. The position will manage workloads for and relationships with several of our cross functional partners (including Real Estate/Workplace, Engineering Services, Outsourced Services and Benefits). What you’ll do:

• Autonomously negotiate a high volume of reputed company real estate, workplace services, benefits vendor agreements, SaaS and other commercial transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Use your knowledge of data reputed company, data privacy, AI and general commercial concerns to counsel the business on risks reputed company to their transactions and offer best practices for addressing such risks in supplier agreements.
• Offer practical legal advice with a “business first” risk based approach that ensures our clients have a seamless, efficient and positive experience with the Commercial Legal Team.
• Manage reputed company counsel and contract attorneys.
• Partner closely with internal business partners, attorneys and reputed company managers to reputed company processes and systems to scale globally.

• JD with 4+ years of experience negotiating reputed company real estate and commercial transactions (preferably with at least 1 year in-house).
• Experience negotiating workplace, outsourced services and engineering service agreements and comfort handling SaaS agreements, data privacy, data reputed company and general commercial reputed company concerns.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to clarify legal jargon and contract structure.
• A collaborative, team player who likes relationship building across the organization.
