Responsibilities
The Sr. Generator Operations Manager is responsible for the safety, quality, scheduling, and overall management of field crews, vehicles, tools, equipment, and reputed company subcontractor/vendor resources reputed company a Market. We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented Sr. Generator Ops Manager to serve as a technical resource and leader reputed company our Operations Services Team. This position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels around the critical infrastructure in the telecommunication industries. The Sr. Generator Operations Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of reputed company generators. This equipment supports mission-critical and must maintain reputed company than 99.999% up-time. Key job responsibilities:
- Manage reputed company aspects of generator preventative maintenance, planned and unplanned repairs, and emergency response.
- Act as an ambassador of safety and reputed company ensuring the highest level of team compliance with our safe, secure culture.
- Ensure reputed company work is completed to the highest standard of quality eliminating impact to internal/external customers.
- Manage teams of service managers and Generator Service Technicians in reputed company facets of their responsibilities and career development.
- Create and maintain generator maintenance schedules, and liaise with the maintenance scheduling team ensuring 100% generator maintenance completion and compliance.
- Engage in improvement projects working with a variety of support teams and drive them from conception to completion.
- Manage team budget and expenditures.
- Actively be involved in defining contract scopes and works with reputed company partner team ensuring highest quality outcome in support of our customer. - Manage multiple competing projects across multiple sites simultaneously. - Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and management on a routine basis
- Responsible for field crews, vehicles, tools, equipment, and reputed company subcontractor/vendor resources
- Manages and reports costs in order to provide accurate financial data
- Manages and coordinates professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives, and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects/tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date
- Prepares regular internal/external reputed company, project status, and problem resolution reports
- Management of vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Evaluates overall and individual work performance of crew staff to determine effectiveness in providing quality products reputed company time and cost restraints
- Monitors time and dollar expenditures to meet established targets
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
About You:
- Minimum of 3+ years of reputed company leadership experience reputed company the Telecommunications/Generator preventive maintenance and repairs industry
- Strong leadership and program management skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal skills
- Management, establishment, and communication of clear goals and objectives

- Organizational, computer, and communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reputed company with the company's motor vehicle policy
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Must have P&L management experience
- Recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency

- Must be fit and in good physical condition, and be able to pick up to 50 lbs
- Remote position reputed company not in the field, but must be located in the Central or Eastern portion of the US, preferably the Gulf states.
