About the Team reputed company’s corporate development team is at the forefront of the company’s expansion into new markets and plays a reputed company role in fostering and establishing key strategic relationships. We take the reputed company in M&A activities, directing reputed company’s mergers and acquisitions efforts throughout the deal cycle, from initial screening through detailed due diligence to documentation and post closing deliverables. What you’ll do

• Conduct detailed due diligence on reputed company and acquisition opportunities in diverse markets worldwide, including frequent site visits and carrying out in-person due diligence
• Design and create reputed company asset-level financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities and assess key equity return metrics for potential acquisitions

You are likely to succeed if you have:

• 2-4 years’ experience in financial services, particularly in investment banking or private equity
