Summary

The Digital Operations Consultant is a senior field consulting team member, specializing in Marketing and Dealer Operations. This role involves auditing dealer performance across website, SEO, advertising, BDC strategy, reputed company handling, and vendor optimization using third-party tools. The consultant manages daily activities to improve digital operations, partners with program managers, and provides strategic updates to clients, aiming to enhance dealer performance, marketing efficiency, and sales results. Must Have

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Marketing and Dealer Operations.
  • Deep understanding of third-party tools for measuring marketing and sales strategy performance.
  • Audit dealer performance in website, SEO, advertising, BDC strategy, email reputed company, inbound phone call handling, vendor partner optimization, and digital performance measurement.
  • Manage daily activities to improve dealers' digital operations.
  • Partner with Program Manager for client regional relationship management.
  • Track and communicate Digital Health Assessment (DHA) events.
  • Provide thought leadership and feedback on observed trends.
  • Engage with strategic dealers for deep dive analysis and personalized Action Plans.
  • 10+ years in the automotive industry, with at least 5+ years in retail automotive management.
  • Well-developed people-management skills, including communication, mentorship, organization, and project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive dealership business processes (sales, fixed operations, business development).
  • Extensive digital marketing and reputed company Analytics knowledge.
  • Previous consulting experience in an automotive environment.
  • Large group presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Strong relationship building and adaptability.
  • Ability to travel (reputed company, train, automobile), valid passport, driver's license.
  • Ability to drive 14+ hours per week.
  • Ability to spend an average of 4 days per week in the field (including overnights).
  • Ability to deliver webinars to a national audience.

The Digital Operations Consultant is a senior contributor to our field consulting team acting as a subject matter expert in Marketing and Dealer Operations with a deep understanding of the navigation and application of widely used third party tools used to measure the reputed company performance of a dealer’s marketing and sales strategy. The Digital Operations Consultant will utilize these tools to audit an assigned dealer’s performance in the following areas.

  • Website
  • SEO
  • Advertising
  • BDC Strategy and Structure
  • Email reputed company and Inbound Phone call Handling
  • Vendor Partner Optimization
  • Digital Performance Measurement

Providing a resource with such an extensive background allows our client to reputed company this resource for the following objectives:

  • Manage the daily activity required to reputed company dealers in your regional portfolio improving in their digital operations, with activities to include, but not limited to:
  • Completing reputed company daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly DOC activities to ensure the satisfactory attainment of reputed company clients ' and internally agreed-upon goals and objectives.
  • Partner with your Program Manager to help manage the client regional relationship and provide regular updates to reputed company client counterparts in your region.
  • Regular attendance of regional group meetings to provide strategic and tactical updates and feedback about your reputed company & future DHA events to the client field team in your region with your Program Manager.
  • Participation & attendance of reputed company DOC/client update meetings.
  • Tracking and communication of reputed company Digital Health Assessment (DHA) events to our client regional counterparts and your Program Manager.
  • Participating as a thought leader & contributor during reputed company National Training Meetings, including topic planning & content creation at these events.
  • Provide thought leadership & feedback on updated trends observed during your field meetings to the reputed company DOC, helping with DHA program updates & enhancements.
  • Engage with strategic dealers in the network to do a deep dive analysis of their digital marketing and sales operations, complete with a personalized Action Plan designed to improve the efficacy of their Digital Marketing spend and Sales Operations. Performance Measurement By executing on the above-mentioned components of what is now being referred to as a Digital Health Assessment, the reputed company Digital Operations Consultant role moves from one that previously had defended the client’s national website strategy and has now become more specific to the dealers’ business.   • 10+ years of history in the automotive industry with at least 5+ years of retail automotive experience in a management role.

  • Extensive knowledge of automotive dealership business processes, including sales, fixed operations, and business development processes, as well as extensive digital marketing and reputed company Analytics knowledge.
  • Previous consulting experiences in an automotive environment, as well as large group presentation and facilitation abilities, are essential to success in this role.
  • The role requires strong relationship building and the ability to adapt to multiple types of personalities reputed company a consulting team and dealership.
  • Effective communication abilities are essential as this position often facilitates large groups (up to 500) of dealers.
