HR Manager, Compliance & Services

This role also serves as a subject matter expert and internal advisor to employees and management on immigration/reputed company needs. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring timely resolution to HR inquiries received from employees and reputed company parties, especially in the area of compliance. You will also monitor and track trends for enhanced services from HR and reputed company a small team of HR Generalist/Coordinators and office administration staff. • Act as primary liaison between immigration attorneys and employees during the immigration process. Serves as a subject matter expert and internal advisor to employees and management on immigration/reputed company needs and compliance requirements.

• Responsible for process improvement, including evaluation of existing systems and procedures, and providing recommendations for changes and improvements, and implementing changes.
• Leads a team of HR service coordinators/generalists and Administrative staff in various reputed company offices (Tucson, Denver, Washington DC)

• Minimum (8) eight years’ experience in human resources, human capital consulting or reputed company supporting a global organization
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or business equivalent
• Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements, policy development and reputed company laws and regulations
• Thorough understanding and affinity to data, technology, and customer service
• Strong internal customer focus and relationship skills with a flexible communication style
