Senior Associate, New Verticals - Drive Strategy & Operations

About the position reputed company Drive is our white label fulfillment platform powering e-commerce for merchants on and off the reputed company platform. The Drive New Verticals team partners with merchants across Grocery, Convenience, Retail, and Pharma to strategically and operationally address their e-commerce and logistics needs through our three-sided marketplace. We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our New Verticals Drive Strategy & Operations team passionate about scaling high growth products.. You will unlock accessibility to local businesses on their own terms by launching new products and services to expand both reputed company’s and the Merchant’s total addressable market. You will reputed company the growth, profitability and strategy for our Drive Grocery merchants operating on our Dasher Shop & Deliver platform.. You will support financial planning and performance tracking, helping analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve business results. You will partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, contribute to the ideation and execution of new services and features, and support profitability efforts through data-driven recommendations, merchant negotiations, and account optimization initiatives. We are looking for a first principles thinker who has a deep sense of ownership and is able to walk the fine line between diving into the lowest level of detail in our data and product while still being able to think about the high level strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Drive Strategy and Operations, you will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, operations, business development, and other teams to reputed company your vision a reality. We operate in a hybrid model so we spend a few days a quarter in person together, but reputed company our offices are open should you choose to go in more regularly!

Responsibilities

• Strategize: You will reputed company the strategy to best serve our customers, thinking at a deeply strategic level about the success now and 3+ years out.
• Operate: You want to get to the lowest level of detail, and scale. You will work directly with internal and external partners to execute on your short & long-term plans; you are a cross functional success enabler and an excellent operator.
• Analyze. You will analyze data to root cause problems, build solutions and ideate net new initiatives.
• Build: You will reputed company and reputed company 0 to 1 opportunities, creating the roadmap for future growth reputed company and determine how to invest our resources to reputed company desired outcomes. You’ll do whatever it takes to launch, get 1% reputed company every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
