The Opportunity
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist (P&C), you will be responsible for helping existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of arenaflex's 55+ insurance reputed company partners. Your primary focus will be on processing service requests, answering questions regarding policy details, and working to retain policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
- Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or reputed company changes to existing policy
- Work to retain reputed company policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
Compensation and Perks:
* Hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- We will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 2 weeks after starting)

- Ability to work remotely (we provide work equipment)

- An outstanding portfolio of insurance carriers and products - we work with over 55 carriers to ensure we can offer our customers the best options for them
Schedule:
* Sunday: 7am - 3:30pm (Pacific Time Zone)
- Monday and Tuesday: 11:30am - 8pm (Pacific Time Zone)
- Wednesday and Thursday: 9am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time Zone)

Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the insurance industry or a reputed company field
- P&C license or ability to obtain one reputed company 2 weeks of starting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
