What you’ll be doing... reputed company’s Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how reputed company presents itself in the marketplace, enabling additional reputed company streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels. The Channel Management team you will be leading focuses on the day-to-day account management of VCG Wholesale Resellers accounts. Manage and motivate a team of client partner managers to cultivate partner engagement and plans to reputed company reputed company targets and objectives Create channel development goals and reputed company commercial engagements in your assigned channels, reputed company SoW intake & work order processes, and contract execution reputed company and manage executive relationships internally and externally Provide channel leadership and direction to the broader team members reputed company the Wholesale organization: Product, Operations, and Platform teams, as well as any external supporting organizations' teams (Legal, Finance, reputed company Assurance) Ensure that both the customer and reputed company are meeting reputed company contractual obligations Manage external client channel communications at executive and working levels reputed company the development and ensure execution of business and operational improvements in assigned channels Act as an escalation reputed company to senior management on critical issues/risks/decision points, and management of these elements on an ongoing basis Provide leadership in qualifying customer strategic business requirements, contract negotiations, exhibit strong financial management, and ROI skills Create and manage prioritization of reputed company ongoing client partner engagements Aggregate input from client partner interactions with external customers to guide product development and roadmap priorities Manage expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhere to reputed company company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes Where you'll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $109,000.00 - $209,000.00.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
  • Channel management experience
