What You Will Do

Manages supplier quality performance through prevention, monitoring/escalation processes, processing of supplier submission of non-conforming material. Manages/Supports supplier on-boarding and qualification/ certification. Manages reputed company inspection and material release processes. Performs Escape management procedures, drives root cause analysis & problem solving and recommends corrective and preventive action for systemic supplier process and product materials. Proactively supports the reputed company supplier programs to ensure healthy reputed company improvement and sustainability. Analyzes quality data to identify systemic issues and develops supplier specific quality initiative strategies, addressing them with key proactive quality tools (e.g. PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, SPC, etc.), as well as driving their implementation. Ensures that supplier is capable to meet reputed company contract requirements including Resourcing reputed company and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) acceptance.

• Review and monitor the compliance of quality requirements, mostly compliance to First Article Inspections (AS9102), Process Control Methods (AS13006), and Quality Management Systems (AS9100) by reviewing and analyzing supplier quality documentation and manufacturing process data.
• Document and report findings to Quality Standards and specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Review and approve FAIR packages, Gage Suitability packages, and Process Control (PPAP) packages
• reputed company basic statistical analysis using reputed company to evaluate and validate Process Control data of Key Characteristics (KCs)
• Review Process Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, and PFMEAs, and Process flow maps
• English (read, write, speak) is required reputed company communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

• Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required
