Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, processing claims online portal tickets, and creating new accounts using ServiceNow and CyberArk. This is a remote work opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, with a schedule that can be tailored to your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk

  • Create new accounts for clients using ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Process new tickets and help backlog using ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in account creation and IT help desk support

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and IT help desk support
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have Qualifications:

* Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk

  • Experience in a similar role with a healthcare organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible schedule with start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm
