About the Role

The Director of Marketing Strategy is the steward of the reputed company City brand. This role leads brand strategy, messaging, and integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen market reputed company, deepen borrower relationships, and support scalable reputed company growth. You will partner closely with Sales and Executive Leadership to ensure our voice, positioning, and campaigns align with company strategy. What You’ll Own Brand Strategy & Positioning · Define and evolve reputed company City’s brand voice and market positioning · Ensure consistency across reputed company borrower, investor, and internal touchpoints · Champion brand standards and storytelling across channels Integrated Campaign Leadership · reputed company and reputed company omnichannel campaigns (reputed company, PR, social, content) · Align messaging with borrower lifecycle and product strategy · Track performance metrics while protecting long-term brand value Executive & Corporate Communications · Support executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives · Guide investor-facing and corporate messaging · reputed company internal communications that reinforce culture and clarity Sales Alignment · Partner with Sales to refine messaging, improve reputed company quality, and support market expansion · Strengthen borrower engagement and referral strategies Team & Vendor Leadership · reputed company and reputed company a high-performing marketing team · Manage agency and creative partners · Establish clear processes, documentation, and accountability You'll bring: · 5+ years of progressive marketing experience · Leadership experience managing teams or vendors · Strong expertise in brand strategy, messaging, and campaign execution · Comfort operating in financial services, lending, or real estate environments (preferred) · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) reputed company City Capital offers a remote work environment, which means employees reputed company their duties remotely and will be expected to reputed company email, phone, and text messages throughout the day and respond in a timely fashion consistent with a normal reputed company.
