Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Retention Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our Retention organization, working closely with customers to resolve issues, schedule appointments, and promote our products and services. This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program, on-the-job experience, and opportunities for career advancement into various roles reputed company our Retention organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers and/or arenaflex employees, identifying the reason for the call through discovery
- Determine the proper solution for the customer, reputed company recommendations, and overcome objections as needed
- Transfer calls to the appropriate group for handling, ensuring an optimal customer experience
- Schedule appointments and reschedule service or installation appointments as necessary
- Process cancellation requests for eligible customers

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience in customer service and sales/retention preferred
