Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Processing orders, tracking orders, and assisting with catalog inquiries
• Entering orders, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a reputed company field

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
