Senior Scrum Master Position Summary The Senior Scrum Manager is a seasoned Agile leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of reputed company, multi-disciplinary technology programs across enterprise environments. Leveraging deep experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, IT project management, system modernization, and large-scale platform migrations, the Senior Scrum Manager oversees multiple Scrum teams, ensuring consistent delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and reputed company improvement. This role acts as a strategic partner to business and technical leadership, guiding teams through transformational initiatives including legacy system modernization, enterprise data integrations, Identity and Access Management (IAM), DevOps adoption, and enterprise Back Office enhancements. With over 15 years of cross-functional experience across IT operations, Agile transformations, and technical program management, the Senior Scrum Manager applies advanced leadership, technical acumen, and communication skills to deliver high-impact outcomes reputed company highly regulated and mission-critical industries.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Delivery
- reputed company multiple Scrum teams through end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Facilitate reputed company key Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach, mentor, and evolve teams to adopt Agile best practices-driving improved velocity, quality, and delivery predictability.
- Champion Agile transformations across business, operations, and IT teams, enabling cultural shifts from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
Enterprise Program & Project Management

- reputed company and manage project plans, charters, roadmaps, resource allocations, budgets ($1M-$20M+), and risk mitigation strategies.
- Own cross-functional delivery for high-visibility modernization efforts across stakeholders such as transportation agencies, utilities, retail organizations, and global franchises.
- Ensure reputed company project deliverables adhere to PMI, Scrum, ITIL, and SDLC best practices.
Modernization, Integration & Technical Leadership
- reputed company large-scale migrations from legacy platforms to successor systems, ensuring data reputed company, ETL accuracy, and transition success.
- reputed company ETL processes, reputed company Data Integrator (ODI) workflows, performance tuning, and analytics reporting (OAS).
- Drive DevOps automation and CI/CD pipeline optimization, reducing release cycle time and improving deployment consistency.
- Collaborate on middleware, platform, and IAM initiatives including WebLogic, OIM, RBAC, SSO, and federated identity governance.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business partners.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, operational checkpoints, and stakeholder alignment sessions.

- Drive measurable improvements in release frequency, system performance, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of blended experience across Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, technical project management, and software development.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale IT modernization programs, data transformation projects, and enterprise system deployments.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, DevOps, ETL, analytics platforms, and application modernization.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint, reputed company, ODI, OAS, WebLogic, SQL/PLSQL, and reputed company enterprise technologies.
- Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including OIM, RBAC, MFA/SSO, and compliance-driven reputed company processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios and reputed company cross-functional teams across distributed environments.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- PSM I or CSM certification required; PMP/PMI experience is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in transportation, tolling, utility, retail, or large enterprise environments.
- Background leading Agile transformations at scale across large organizations.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM operational models.
- Ability to create executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and governance boards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to reputed company pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
