Fraud Detection & Prevention Analyst I
WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Monitors payment activity and identifies high risk transactions reputed company the organization’s portfolio • Observes account activity to uncover potential fraud such as account takeovers, invoice fraud, Credit card fraud, ACH fraud and other similar instances of fraud • Escalates reputed company or ambiguous cases to Level 2 analysts in accordance with escalation protocols. • Aids Level 2 Senior Analysts in investigating fraud referrals and/or suspicious activity from various sources • Assists with documenting findings, in a concise manner, for communication to Senior Managers and the appropriate internal stakeholders • Conduct outbound and receive inbound calls to verify customer identity and validate account activity reputed company a fraud determination cannot be made without customer input.
