Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Recruiter to support our ESA Hotel Properties in the reputed company. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for driving the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. If you're passionate about hospitality, have a strong background in recruitment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment process through our Application Tracking System (ATS), including creating requisitions, reviewing and sourcing applications, scheduling interviews, extending offers, initiating background checks, and onboarding new hires.
- reputed company candidates for hard-to-fill positions through job postings, referrals, social media, networking, and other resources.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to reputed company recruitment strategies, understand position requirements, and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices and effective means for attracting job candidates.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare reports regarding recruitment activity.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a reputed company field.
- 1-3 years of reputed company high-volume recruiting experience; preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably reputed company RM.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of HR Generalist experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of reputed company employment laws (i.e., EEO, reputed company, Affirmative Action, etc.).
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint.
