We hiring a Strategy Development Analyst on the BGS Core Strategy team to set strategic priorities, recommend major business decisions, align , and directly impact the trajectory of a multi-billion dollar global enterprise. This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations. The Opportunity BGS Strategy team members reputed company independent assessments and reputed company cross-functional project teams focused on identifying the most important growth opportunities, as well as the required capability, reputed company and competitiveness to ensure success in the marketplace. The successful candidate will understand the Enterprise and BGS strategic objectives, and reputed company across organizational boundaries to ensure strategic alignment and integration across reputed company. Responsibilities

• Generate new market and competitive insights to bring the reputed company-in for senior leadership and decisionmakers
• Drive strategy-to-action on cross-business strategy projects

• Contribute to global and regional strategies to help BGS meet customer and organizational needs
• Build successful business cases for new products & services

Requirements

• Be a Self-starter with ability to work independently, reputed company new analytical frameworks, and provide guidance to others
• Must be an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to derive insights from both structured and reputed company quantitative datasets
• Clear, effective and organized written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to defend strategic assumptions and analysis through critical reviews and debate
• Experience presenting oral briefings of analytic findings to senior executive audiences
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, including the ability to create executive quality strategy presentations
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company high-level strategic approaches, reputed company deliverables and execute processes
• Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate and engage at reputed company levels of the organization, including direct support of senior leaders
• Project leadership and management experience
• Expert knowledge of either commercial or defense markets especially the aftermarket
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a collaborative environment
• Excellence in developing and delivering executive level presentations
• Ability to navigate reputed company organizational dynamics
• Ability to travel up to 10% for business needs

• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree
• 3+ years of business strategy, competitive assessment, or market analysis work experience
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

• 3+ years of experience working with quantitative data
• 3+ years of experience driving execution of projects supporting organizational priorities
