Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, registering sales, and providing courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Model and share customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service
• Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items
• Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested
• Process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed

• Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products

• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine
• Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance

Essential Qualifications
