Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Bilingual in Spanish, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, agents, and lien holders, while ensuring that reputed company policy-reputed company inquiries are handled reputed company and effectively. Responsibilities
* Review policy information to determine if the risk meets arenaflex's reputed company guidelines and processes
- Serve as the primary contact reputed company for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy-reputed company inquiries
- Provide superior customer service and offer solutions and/or options reputed company arenaflex guidelines
- Periodically attend office-based training or meetings as needed
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and provide a positive experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- reputed company and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of previous customer service experience required
- Call Center and/or insurance-reputed company experience preferred
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills
- Pleasant telephone demeanor and multitasking skills
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5%
- Successfully completes reputed company required new hire training as per Departmental guidelines
