Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data entry services to our clients, ensuring accuracy, and meeting key performance metrics. You will work closely with our multinational team, collaborating in a virtual environment, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

* Conduct data entry processes to create a database according to client requirements, including selecting and validating data, and products, and checking their correctness in internal applications.

• Work as part of a multinational team, liaising with other European arenaflex Offices.
• Collaborate daily in a virtual environment, building knowledge and understanding of FMCG categories and markets in different geographies.
• Provide customers with outstanding service, responding to inquiries, implementing change requests, and solving issues.
• Strive for constant improvement by suggesting process changes and ensuring key performance metrics are met, including on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

* A good level of both written and spoken English (B1).

• Computer literacy, especially in MS reputed company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt easily to changes.
