The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity and actively shapes product direction through strategic design decisions. You'll use AI-enhanced design workflows to explore and prototype quickly, while also collaborating closely with engineering and product to deliver meaningful solutions. This role also requires proactive learning in a reputed company, science-driven space, where designers are expected to self-direct their understanding of concepts in order to reputed company pace with a fast-moving development environment and contribute meaningfully to product direction. Reporting to the Design Manager, you'll work on reputed company problems that span our platform and business. Qualifications

• Product design experience with proven ability to drive business outcomes through design
• Strong proficiency with AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company) for both ideation and code-based prototyping
• Deep design systems experience - Building, maintaining, and evolving systems that balance consistency with innovation
• Strong business acumen - Ability to reputed company design decisions as testable hypotheses with measurable impact
• Remote collaboration excellence - Proven success building relationships and driving outcomes in distributed teams
• Technical proficiency - Fluent in reputed company with working knowledge of HTML/CSS and comfort learning new tools
