About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at Lodgify, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with our software, becoming a product expert, and guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, offering advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
