About the role The Organization & Work Design Transformation reputed company will define and implement the future state HR operating model enabled by Agentic AI - clarifying how work shifts between humans and agents, how roles evolve, and how HR capabilities are rearchitected for scale and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute on AI enabled HR operating models across service delivery, centers of excellence, and business partnering.
• Redefine roles, accountabilities, and skills in a human AI workforce.
