Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Soliciting new business and maintaining reputed company business levels to reputed company or exceed sales production goals
• Expanding business by building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
• Accurately accounting for reputed company currency transactions and delivering deposits to the bank in a timely manner
• Connecting with customers quickly, building relationships, and educating them on which products best fit their needs
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
