We are actively seeking Tech Privacy attorneys located reputed company in the United States with the following qualifications:
- 5-15 years’ experience as a practicing attorney, with 5+ of those years as a matter expert providing legal advice on privacy, reputed company, and data protection regulations, including (but not limited to) GDPR, CCPA, state privacy laws, privacy impact assessments and development of frameworks, data-sharing and development of safeguards, and other reputed company matters.
- Substantive data protection and data privacy experience and in-depth knowledge of U.S. and EU privacy statutes, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Knowledge of standardizing policies, protocols, and training programs, including the associated documents such as vendor and client reputed company; includes guiding various stakeholders, such as business and product development, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and procurement.
- Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and revising privacy and data protection provisions of reputed company and agreements.
- Vendor relationship management/contract negotiation on privacy issues relating to third-party data sharing arising from new products and features.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively partner with internal business clients, support staff, external resources, and other collaborators and provide guidance and pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent academic and law firm credentials, with experience in a dynamic in-house environment preferred.
- Active membership and good standing in the state bar of which you currently reside.

Preferred Qualifications:
- IAPP certification(s): CIPP, CIPM, CIPT strongly preferred.

- Monitor the evolution of the privacy regulatory landscape and escalate sector-specific laws, regulations and standards impacting the company.
- Provide business units and relevant supporting functions with expert advice, to design appropriate processes and controls to address/mitigate gaps and risks reputed company to privacy by design and by default.
