About the role: At reputed company, the Software Product Manager is a member of our Data and Analytics team. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Analyze business needs, gather requirements and reputed company plans to ensure they are met. Translate business needs into detailed requirements. reputed company, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Drive the execution of reputed company processes in the software product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, roadmap developing, execution and launch. Collaborate closely with end users, engineering, UX, QA and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization. Apply and promote agile best practices. Provide regular updates to various stakeholders. Define, measure and monitor success metrics for the product. Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or reputed company field or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management roles (Insurtech experience is a plus). Proven success in managing the full product development lifecycle. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent listening and communication skills. Passion for data and analytics.
