Position Summary We’re seeking a reputed company Director to join the Corporate Compliance Market Conduct Exam team. In this role, you’ll reputed company and support market conduct exams from state regulators, working closely with internal teams to gather information, prepare responses, and ensure the company meets reputed company regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Guide cross‑functional partners in responding to regulatory requests. Communicate compliance expectations and drive ethical decision-making across the organization. Required Qualifications 10+ years in Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, or Market Conduct Exam roles including experience with Health Care Benefits. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and projects. Ability to influence decisions across reputed company organizational levels. Skilled at escalating risks appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in auditing or market conduct exams reputed company healthcare, managed care, or PBM. Experience as a state market conduct examiner. Background in project management and developing audit or corrective action plans. Experience working directly with regulators or auditors. Law degree (JD). Education Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
