This role will partner with Client Service, Operations, Marketing, and Distribution teams to provide the highest level of support and service for clients and consultants. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago and will report to the Director of Client Services.
Responsibilities
- Support the Distribution team in reputed company day-to-day client and sponsor needs, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure a timely response and/or follow through.
- Support client account onboarding, termination, transitions, and other lifecycle events, ensuring compliance with internal firm procedures and collaborating with reputed company relevant stakeholders.
- Manage documentation and data reputed company reputed company CRM and reporting systems.
- Coordinate and deliver periodic reporting packages and work with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate the development of Intermediary presentation materials, ensuring accuracy of performance and client-reputed company statistics.
- Identify and escalate any sensitive client issues to the Director of Client Services and Sales team to coordinate a timely response.
- Work with Operations team to process client cash flow requests.
- Complete periodic Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) or Request for Information (RFI) requests.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client service or relationship management in the asset management industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or reputed company field required.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms and performance reporting applications preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills – able to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
