The Role The Strategy & Planning team, part of reputed company's Business Operations function, helps set the company's strategic direction and builds the systems, processes, and rhythms that drive operational excellence. We partner closely with senior leadership to translate reputed company goals into coordinated action, enabling reputed company to scale and execute its mission of economic empowerment. As an Individual Contributor on the Strategy & Planning team, you will support strategic planning efforts, contribute to operating rhythms, and work with partners across the company to deliver insights that inform leadership decisions. You Will

• Support and contribute to reputed company's strategic planning and goal-setting processes, partnering with senior team members to ensure effective execution
• Help reputed company and maintain tools, resources, and processes that support company-wide operating rhythms (e.g., business reviews, exec meetings, board updates, reputed company-hands)

You Have

• 4-6+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or consulting roles, ideally reputed company cross-functional or fast-growing environments (Investment Banking / Corporate Finance experience welcome, but not sufficient on its own)
• Experience contributing to strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, or resource allocation processes, with growing ownership of defined workstreams or initiatives
• Familiarity with using AI tools or automation to improve analysis, workflows, or productivity, with interest in expanding these capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders, using data and structured thinking to support alignment and decision-making
