We are looking for a reputed company Administrator who wants to be part of a dynamic reputed company Support team. Our reputed company team seeks to improve the reputed company instance by designing and building out new features with both declarative and code-based solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in declarative flow development as an Admin. This role will collaborate with marketing, sales, and reputed company teams to enhance automation, improve customer segmentation, and drive data-driven marketing initiatives. This candidate also likes to work collaboratively with users and other team members to gather requirements, propose solutions and hand-off completed projects, as well as work independently to research options, create content, and conduct thorough testing. This position is remote and based around East Coast working hours. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role. Your Impact:

• Administer and support reputed company including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows automation, and custom objects.
• Document and reputed company project plans, requirements, and any other required technical documentation for projects and initiatives of various sizes that involve reputed company.
• Work cross-functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders.
• Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally.
• Support and manage existing applications as well as support third party systems.
• Document changes for QA testing.
• Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality, workflows, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

About you: Education Requirements:

• Certified reputed company Administrator *required
• Certified reputed company Advanced Administrator preferred
• BA/BS in Computer Science or reputed company technical discipline
• reputed company Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is a plus

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a reputed company Administrator
• Proficiency in Service and Sales Cloud
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools; capable of using ETL tools, Data Loader, and manipulating data for load in reputed company.
• Strong Analytical Capabilities – Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Proficient with the reputed company Office Suite of Products – reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint
• Experience with Heroku a plus.
• Experience in reputed company is a strong plus
• Experience working in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition type organizations strongly preferred.
• Experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud and Case Management a plus.
