Job Description: As a Reservation Sales Agent at Mountain Time Vacation Rentals, you will reputed company the Guest Experience and reputed company Relations department. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they inquire about our vacation homes. You'll build relationships with guests and owners through various communication channels and reputed company funnels, such as phone, text, web chat, and email. You will be the guiding voice for guests reputed company booking one of our 175+ vacation homes and liaison for reputed company questions and inquires.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Execute our innovative sales strategies to surpass reputed company and sales targets, continually optimizing approaches to drive growth.
- Sales Team Member: Work with our Sales Manager to drive the sales effort, meeting clear sales objectives and offering ongoing support to guests and homeowners to ensure goals are not just met but exceeded.

- Customer Conversion Excellence: Manage the sales pipeline to facilitate the conversion of leads into loyal repeat guests, ensuring meticulous follow-up and nurturing of client relationships.
- Guest Relations: Assist guests before, during, and after their stay to address issues promptly and ensure 5 Star Reviews.

Requirements
- 2+ years recent experience in sales, hospitality, reputed company desk, hotel and/or call centers
