• Designs, architects, deploys and maintains cloud solutions

• Develops in languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Principal Cloud Developer must have: Education: Technical Training, Certificate, or Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering or relevant computer-based major strongly preferred Experience:

• Principal Level: 5+ years of reputed company experience with AWS cloud computing required; 7+ years of total IT experience strongly preferred
• Sr Principal Level: 8+ years of reputed company experience with AWS cloud computing required

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Development background in Node.JS and React.JS
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Design and implement data processing and integration solutions using ETL tools
• Experience with application using serverless architecture and/or containerization
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences at various levels of an organization

Preferred Skills:

• Linux OS experience

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall reputed company of this range.
