Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between reputed company, clients, and patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries with reputed company and professionalism.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with reputed company to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, preferably in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
• In-depth knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge (a plus).
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and patients.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
